Σταθερή πορεία εξέλιξης, διεθνούς παρουσίας και ιστορικών διακρίσεων στο FIRST Tech Challenge

Οι ομάδες FIRST Tech Challenge του MellonLab αποτελούν μία από τις πιο σταθερές και ενεργές παρουσίες του FTC στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, με συνεχόμενες διακρίσεις σε εθνικές και διεθνείς διοργανώσεις.

Από την πρώτη χρονιά διεξαγωγής του FIRST Tech Challenge στην Ελλάδα, οι ομάδες μας έχουν κατακτήσει σημαντικά βραβεία σε τομείς όπως η μηχανική, ο σχεδιασμός, η καινοτομία, ο προγραμματισμός, η στρατηγική και η συνολική αγωνιστική αριστεία, δημιουργώντας μια πορεία συνεχούς εξέλιξης και διεθνούς αναγνώρισης.

Το MellonLab είναι ο μοναδικός οργανισμός στην Ελλάδα whose FTC teams έχουν καταφέρει συνεχόμενες προκρίσεις στο FIRST Championship Houston, επιστρέφοντας κάθε φορά με σημαντικές διακρίσεις και διεθνή βραβεία. Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και στις υπόλοιπες ευρωπαϊκές και διεθνείς διοργανώσεις FTC στις οποίες συμμετέχουν οι ομάδες μας.

Η πορεία αυτή κορυφώθηκε το 2026 με την κατάκτηση της 3ης θέσης Inspire Award στο FIRST Championship Houston — της υψηλότερης διάκρισης ελληνικής ομάδας στην ιστορία του Inspire Award — καθώς και με την κατάκτηση του Dean’s List Award από τον Θάλη Κατσιμίχα, τον πρώτο Έλληνα και δεύτερο Ευρωπαίο μαθητή που λαμβάνει τη συγκεκριμένη παγκόσμια διάκριση.

Από τα πρώτα FTC events στην Ελλάδα μέχρι τη σκηνή του Houston

Για το MellonLab, το FIRST Tech Challenge είναι κάτι πολύ περισσότερο από ένας διαγωνισμός ρομποτικής.

Είναι ένα περιβάλλον όπου οι μαθητές μαθαίνουν να λειτουργούν ως engineers, να συνεργάζονται ως ομάδα, να διαχειρίζονται πραγματικές προκλήσεις και να εξελίσσονται μέσα από τη διαδικασία της δημιουργίας και της καινοτομίας.

Κάθε βραβείο και κάθε διεθνής συμμετοχή αποτελεί μέρος μιας διαδρομής που συνεχίζει να εξελίσσεται χρόνο με τον χρόνο — από τις πρώτες ελληνικές διοργανώσεις FTC μέχρι τη μεγαλύτερη σκηνή του παγκόσμιου FIRST Championship.

Οι διακρίσεις δεν είναι ο σκοπός, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα.
